It is with great excitement and deep gratitude that I write to you as the new Superintendent of Stafford Public Schools. From the moment I was introduced to Stafford, I felt the strength of its small-town charm, its tight-knit spirit, and it's deep pride in its schools and children. This is a place where people truly care about one another—and where the schools sit at the heart of the community.
I am honored to join this remarkable district and to begin this journey with you. My focus is simple yet profound: to ensure that every student in Stafford receives the most robust, high-quality education possible. Every decision I make will be rooted in what's best for our students, families, and staff. I believe great communities are built on great schools, and great schools are built on partnerships—open, honest, and engaged. That’s the kind of leadership I commit to bringing every single day.
I believe in being present and accessible. My door is open. I welcome conversations, questions, and collaboration. I intend to lead transparently—with clear communication and thoughtful listening—because I know that the best solutions are developed together. Stafford has already done great work, and I am eager to build upon that foundation, while looking for smart and sustainable ways to support continued growth for our students, educators, and families.
